IT Cyber Support Specialist with Security Clearance
Overview We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist with cyber experience to join our Air Force Research Lab (AFRL) teamAs a key member of our IT support group, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and troubleshooting a diverse range of legacy and current IT systemsYour responsibilities will span across various areas, including desktop support, security audits, and user account managementResponsibilitieso Provide desk-side support for standalone Windows systems, spanning from XP to Windows 11.
o Assist with NIPR (Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router Network), SIPR (Secret Internet Protocol Router Network), and SAP (Special Access Programs) support.
o Install, configure, and troubleshoot lab instrument connections with IT equipment.
o Manage user accounts, permissions, and group memberships.
o Conduct security audits as part of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process.
o Utilize cyber and audit experience to enhance security practicesQualificationso Minimum of 5 years of IT experience.
o Active TS/SCI clearance (no waiting for clearance processing).
o Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
