We don't require high caseloads or unmanageable quotas, which gives our team more time with each of their patients.

Receive referrals by phone or in person for designated department Provide an explanation of the benefits to patients, families, and community contacts Assist with finding alternative services when the patient is not a candidate for hospice Oversee scheduling of initial nursing assessment and admission Maintain admission packets and ensure that proper forms are available to admissions staff Assist community outreach representatives with marketing activities to promote relations with referral sources Assist with the completion of admission paperwork as needed Adhere to work schedule and maintain good punctuality and attendance record Provide telephone and clerical support to other staff members as time allows Maintains accurate clinical records, keeping track of goals and progress of clients'
Qualifications:
Be eighteen (18) years of age or older At least one (1) year experience in homecare, hospice, and/or healthcare-related field preferred Ability to complete necessary documentation appropriately, legibly, and timely Ability to handle stressful and delicate situations Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills necessary to complete job responsibilities Valid driver's license and proof of insurance are required Recommended Skills Clinical Works Communication Home Care Hospice Passionate Punctuality Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
