Mission Data Process SME at Riverside Research in Alpha, OH
Riverside Research is seeking a Mission Data Process Subject Matter Expert to support the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. This position will be part of an integrated team assisting the customer in establishing and implementing enterprise-wide data standards as part of their digital transformation initiative The mission data process SME will support documenting and standardizing existing data flows, identifying current and future data characteristics, and tools that process data as part of various intelligence production processes. This position is part of a team of providing dedicated, on-site support. All Riverside Research opportunities require US citizenship. Job
Responsibilities:
o Solicit and document current and projected data flows from mission owners to end customer o Identify current and future software tools and data characteristics in order to inform data standards development and implementation o Translate operational needs into technical requirements; prepare supporting documentation o Track status of various projects; prepare white papers and briefings o Facilitate standing or one-time meetings, working groups, or tiger teams Required Qualifications:
o Active Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication o Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, computer science, management information systems or similar technical fields o 5
years' experience in intelligence collection, processing, or analysis o Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction; effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills o Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel
Qualifications:
o Master's degree in engineering, physics, computer science, management information systems, business administration, or related fields o Experience documenting production processes and workflows o Experience with NASIC intelligence production processes o Familiarity with agile software development methodologies (e.g. SCRUM, Agile, Kanban) o Professional certifications in project management, systems engineering, or agile software development Riverside Research strives to be one of America's premier providers of independent, trusted technical and scientific expertise. $80K -- $100K
